Shipping & Delivery

  1. We uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.
  3. Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
  4. The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. Items that ship within "Available" are estimated to ship on the same or following business day.
  5. * Free delivery for each purchase order of RM 150 & above.
  6. * RM 10 delivery fee for each purchase order of below RM 150.

Your tracking number can be found in your order.

Terms and conditions

  1. In these terms and conditions "we" and "us" mean Easy Brew Sdn Bhd, and "you" means you the customer. Words spelt with initial capital letters are defined terms which, for your ease of reference, are set out at the end of the terms and conditions.
  2. These terms and conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other terms and conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. If something isn't right, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return within 7 days of purchase, subject to the Returns and Exchanges Policy.

  1. At this time, we do not offer product refund. You may exchange your product within 7 days and re-order your replacement item.

Return By Mail

  1. 1. Pack up your purchased item(s) with all contents and product packaging.
  2. 2. Place packing slip in package.
  3. 3. Purchase postage, put return label on the package, and ship to the EASY BREW SDN BHD.
    For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via POSLAJU.
